NiveshEdge is an AI-powered market intelligence platform. A proprietary algorithm reads structure, breadth, health, and sector rotation across the full Nifty 500, and an AI engine turns that into plain-language commentary and alerts.
NiveshEdge does not provide investment advice, stock recommendations, buy/sell signals, portfolio management services, or personalized financial guidance. Nothing in the Service should be treated as a suggestion to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@niveshedge.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
NiveshEdge is currently in its Founding Members phase. Founding Members receive complimentary access to the Service, along with exclusive benefits and preferred pricing once paid plans are introduced. We'll provide advance notice before any paid plan takes effect, and you're free to stop using the Service at any time.
The Service, including our underlying algorithm, commentary, design, and branding, is owned by NiveshEdge. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from our commentary, alerts, or underlying methodology.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that commentary or alerts will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Market commentary reflects automated analysis of available data and can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiveshEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of the Service.
The Service may link to third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between you and NiveshEdge.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
